PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately form the shape and the depth even in a small spherical surface generated in a workpiece. SOLUTION: A sphere 2 held to horn 9 mounted in an ultrasonic vibrator 3 to generate by its vibration a spherical shape of the sphere in a workpiece 1, measuring device measuring a depth of the spherical shape generated in the workpiece 1, and a slurry supply means 5 specifying a delivery amount delivered to a spherical surface generation location in the workpiece 1 of slurry 12 dispersed by non-magnetic abrasive grain in a fluid, are provided, a spherical surface generating speed to the workpiece 1 is calculated based on a measured value from the measuring device 4. Based on this arithmetic result, an arithmetic control means 6 controls the slurry supply means 5 by specifying a supply amount of the slurry 12.
