PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a balance state without handling cash by receiving reimbursement based on recorded data, updating the recorded data of a prepaid card for betting, recording data on the reimbursement and printing it. SOLUTION: When betting is received, a betting receiving means 3 updates the recorded data of a recording part of a prepaid card 2a for betting and records data on the betting. Also, the data on the betting is printed on a print part (3). When a contest is over, a user uses a prepaid card 2b for betting and receives reimbursement in a reimbursement receiving means in the betting system (4). The reimbursement receiving means receives the reimbursement based on the recorded data of the recording part of the card 2b for betting inserted into a card reader. And, the recorded data of the recording part of the card 2b for betting is updated and the data on the reimbursement is recorded. The data on the reimbursement is also printed on the print part. |
