PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inspecting a wound objectively by irradiating a wide range of skin with a white light, transmitting only the mitigated light to a spectrum channel, resolving it into a specified number of light paths and expressing at least one of surfaces having the skin wounds after stepwise spectral resolution and cluster analysis. SOLUTION: The white light is irradiated from the light source 1 to permit only the mitigated light from the tissue of skin 2 to reach a four-channel multi- spectrum camera 3. In the camera 3, the light is resolved into at least four spectrum channel light paths, a wave length range is stepwise extracted through the use of a continuous spectrum selecting cut-off filter and it is recorded as spectrum images 4. Then it is transmitted to an evaluation unit 5. The image are analyzed and classified, the wounds are classified as against the skin surface which are recorded at present and analysis concerning pixels are executed and they are displayed in a display unit 6. Thus, the state of a lesion is displayed.
