PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take no extra working time to detach or attach a longitudinal perforating edge or a lateral perforating edge by meshing a first intermediate gear with a gear fitted to a shaft of a perforating edge drum only in the engaged state of clutch mechanism to rotate the perforating edge drum. SOLUTION: When clutch mechanism 12 provided at a first intermediate gear 10 is moved to the right by a lever 13, the first intermediate gear 10 is meshed with a gear 7 fitted to a shaft 21 of a perforating edge drum 1, to rotate the perforating edge drum 1. When the clutch mechanism 12 is in an illustrated position, that is, when the first intermediate gear 10 is not meshed with the gear 7, the perforating edge drum 1 is not rotated, but only a perforating edge receiving drum 2 is rotated. Either one side of a lateral perforating edge receiver and a longitudinal perforating edge receiver unused and left fitted to the lateral-longitudinal perforating edge receiving drum 2 is therefore rotated, and a traveling web rubs against neither the rotating lateral perforating edge receiver nor the longitudinal perforating edge receiver, so that the web is prevented from being soiled.
