PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture with good cost performance and to prevent a forgery, by incorporating a resistance value intrinsic for a pattern of each card in one or both of whether the pattern is formed in an intrinsic wiring shape and whether a component of a transparent conductive material is altered or not. SOLUTION: The card 1 is constituted of a base material 2 of a plate-like or film-like glass, plastic, paper or the like and a pattern 3 formed in an intrinsic wiring shape by using a transparent conductive material containing an ITO, ATO, ZnO or the like as a component, and a resistance value decided according to the wiring shape of the pattern 3 and the component of the conductive material to be used is used for identifying each card. Thus, the pattern 3 of the card 1 has the intrinsic resistance value according to its wiring shape and the component, and the resistance value between terminals is externally measured by using input terminals I0 to I8 and output terminals O0 to O8. Thus, whether the card is true or not can be collated by utilizing the measurable resistance value and the card can be identified.
