PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller where the cover cannot easily be opened/closed because of the presence of an elastic piece. SOLUTION: An extension piece 3b formed integrally with an elastic member 3a provided with a plurality of switches 3 that are placed on a printed circuit board 5 and whose part is exposed from the body is placed within the range of the elastic deformation of an elastic piece 8. Through the above configuration, even when the elastic piece 8 is elastically deformed, the elastic piece 8 strikes on the extension piece 3b and the elastic piece 8 is restored to the original position because of the elasticity of the extension piece 3b. Furthermore, the extension piece 3b is provided integrally with the extension member 3a constituting the switches 3 so as to reduce the number of components. Moreover, the assembling work is made easier.
