PURPOSE: A device is provided for the portable computer tilting, swiveling a panel, and inputting the data on the screen. CONSTITUTION: The portable computer uses a designed hinge assembly and cable for tilt and swivel specially. The portable computer has a base fundamentally, the panel connecting a display screen, the horizontal and vertical axis connected to the display screen, the base and the hinge assembly. The hinge assembly includes a first block for the tilt, a second block for the swivel and a support to back up the panel. A first block is connected to the inside of base and makes the panel tilted in the horizontal axis. A second block is connected by a first block and a horizontal axis, is supported by a first block, and let the panel swiveled in the vertical axis. A second block and vertical axis connect he support. The portable computer includes the cable connecting the base and panel.
