PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure accurate load weight. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a signal value storage means 34a which stores a signal value outputted from a weight sensor 10 when a vehicle is unloaded, a past signal value storage means 34b which stores the signal value of the signal value storage means 34a as a past signal value, a signal value storage control means 30a which stores the signal value of the signal value storage means 34a as the past signal value in the past signal value storage means 34b, newly stores the signal value from the weight sensor 10 in the signal value storage means 34a, and controls the update of the storage contents of the signal value storage means 34a and past output value storage means 34b, a mean value calculating means 30b which calculates the mean value of the signal value of the signal value storage means 34a and the past signal value of the past signal value storage means 34b, an offset value storage control means 30c which stores the mean value calculated by the mean value calculating means 30b as an offset value in an offset value storage means 30c, and a load weight calculating means 30d which calculates the load weight of the vehicle by subtracting the offset value stored in the offset value storage means 34c from the signal value of the weight sensor 10.
