The emulsion contains an urea-melamine-formaldehyde or phenolic resin with curing agent, urea, Berol 048, sodium silicate and calcium carbonate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An emulsion comprises the following components : (A) 25-50 vol.% urea-melamine-formaldehyde adhesive with curing agent (e.g. Akzo Nobel 1345) or phenolic resin with curing agent (e.g. Akzo Nobel 1535+1711) ; (B) 25-50 vol.% water ; (C) 2-10 vol.% urea ; (D) 0.5-1 vol.% Berol 048 ; (E) 0.5-2 vol.% sodium ditetraborate (borax) ; (F) 5-15 vol.% sodium silicate ; and (G) 0.5-5 vol.% calcium carbonate. |
