SOLUTION: At least two pairs of upper and lower pinch rollers 3, 5 feeding a work W by pinching it from above and below with the work W mounted on a template P slightly smaller in length than the work W are rotatably provided at intervals shorter than the length of the template P. Multiple shot blast nozzles 7, 9 are provided at a proper interval over the width of the work W at an angle between them on the right and left between the lower rollers 3B, 5B within the pinch rollers 3, 5. Removing devices 11, 13 removing the burr powder and shot powder generated by the shot blast nozzles 7, 9 at the time of deburring are provided between the upper rollers 3A, 5A within the pinch rollers 3, 5.</p> |
