PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce the storing cost of a seaweed by utilizing a storing equipment having a specific gravity near the values of a lower temperature layer of a deep water region of the ocean and sea water, because it is known that a huge energy is consumed to the storing of seaweeds caused by a specific property of seaweeds when effectively utilizing, especially culturing storing and utilizing a large amount of seaweeds as an energy source. SOLUTION: This storing equipment stores a seaweed by receiving reaped seaweed in an equipment having a specific gravity near the value of sea and flexibility and sinking the equipment in a deep sea having a slow ocean current.
