PURPOSE: A heat exchanger tube and method for manufacturing the same is provided to achieve an enhanced heat exchange efficiency by improving configuration of the tube, while improving pressure resistance by increasing coupling force between flow channels. CONSTITUTION: In a heat exchanger having a plurality of fins disposed between adjacent tubes(11) arranged in parallel, and a pair of hollow heads arranged at both ends of each tube, the tube includes a plurality of flow channels(22) formed by arranging a plurality of bent portions(21) in lengthwise direction at a plate(19) and allowing triangles and inverse triangles to be continuously coupled in widthwise direction with a common side(20) between triangles and inverse triangles. A method comprises a first step of bending, by a press, the plate in lengthwise direction and plastic-deforming the plate into square wave; a second step of pressing the plastic-deformed plate so that triangles and inverse triangles are continuously connected; and a third step of passing the plate through a mold so that the tube has a plurality of flow channels where triangles and inverse triangles are continuously connected.
