PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitivity determination device capable of easily determining sensitivity for allowing a simulated organism to show required action or the like and a sensitivity determination program for driving a computer system as the sensitivity determination device. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a scenario setting part 33 for inputting a scenario expressing action to be executed by a simulated organism and an external factor to be inputted to the simulated organism and a weight determination part 36 for determining weight expressing the sensitivity of the simulated organism to the external factor based on the external factor expressed by the scenario so that the simulated organism shows the action expressed by the scenario inputted to the setting part 33.
