PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the performance of a thrust bearing by fixing a cylindrical flange having thrust shaft receiver parts in an upper and a lower surfaces thereof to a lower end surface of a rotary shaft, interposing the lubricant in the thrust bearing part, and providing a groove in a side surface of the flange. SOLUTION: A V-shaped groove 13c is provided in a side surface of a nearly cylindrical flange 13 having thrust bearing parts 13a, 13b in an upper and a lower surfaces thereof and fitted to a lower end surface of a rotary shaft 12 by bolts. The lubricant 15 is interposed in a clearance between a thrust receiver part 11b of a base 11 and the thrust bearing part 13a of the flange 13 and a clearance between the thrust bearing part 13b of the flange 13 and a thrust receiver part 14a of a plate 14, and the lubricant 15 of each clearance is transmitted in the periphery of the flange 13 by the vibration in the vertical direction. But the lubricant 15 is cut in the vertical direction by the centrifugal force of the rotating flange 13 and a groove 13c provided in the flange 13, and deviation of the quantity of the lubricant 15 of the thrust bearing parts 13a, 13b is eliminated. With this structure, rotation of a rotary member is stabilized, and the normal recording and replaying operation is secured.
