PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weaving device capable of always weaving a torch with all positions and moreover with equal amplitude in the direction orthogonal to a linear or curved advancing direction. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a member 2 for attaching the device to a main driving mechanism such as a robot, a rotational motor 3 which is held with the attaching member 2, a weaving mechanism 6 which is held with the motor shaft 3A of the rotational motor 3, and a torch fixing jig 7 which is attached to the weaving side of the weaving mechanism 6. And the torch shaft center of the torch 8 which is attached to the torch fixing jig 7 and the motor shaft center of the rotational motor 3 are set to a concentric position, and also the torch fixing jig 7 is woven with the weaving mechanism 6 in the direction orthogonal to the driving direction by the main driving mechanism.
