PURPOSE: Provided is a novel method for producing recombinant Adenovirus. And purified virus preparations produced by processes of the method is also provided. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a method for producing recombinant Adenovirus by which viral DNA is introduced in a packaging cell culture and the viruses produced are harvested after by ultrafiltration, gel permeation chromatography or ion exchange chromatography, after liberation of at least 50% of virus in the supernatant. The viruses produced and their use are also provided.
