<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection sensitivity of rotation speed even if dimension of an rolling bearing in a diameter direction is small by fitting a supporting ring to a rotation shaft in condition where a part in each diameter direction of a tone wheel main body and a rotating wheel is superimposed over all of circumference in an axial direction. SOLUTION: A tone wheel 3b is constituted by assembling a supporting ring 32 and a tone wheel main body 33 constituting an inspected part. The supporting ring 32 is formed annularly of a non-magnetic metal plate bent, and provided with a fitting cylindrical part 34. The tone wheel main body 33 is formed circularly of a non- magnetic metal plate and provided with a number of notches 27, and magnetic characteristics are changed alternately at a regular interval in a circumferencial direction by setting intervals of adjacent notches 27 as tongue pieces 28. A small diameter step part 38 is formed at an inside end part of an inner wheel 7a, and a fitting cylindrical part 34 of the supporting ring 32 is externally fit to a shoulder part 39 of the inner wheel 7a, and the tone wheel 3b is supported to be fixed to the inner wheel 7a. Also, a part close to an inside diameter of the tone wheel 33 is allowed to enter the small diameter step part 38 to superimpose on a part close to an outside diameter of the inner wheel 7a in the over all of circumference in the axial direction.</p> |
