PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain decorative sheet, which is excellent in a secondary workability such as V-cut, lapping or the like and scratch marks make inconspicuous even when a decorative sheet is scratched during its working process or at its use or the like and in which the lowering of design properties is small. SOLUTION: In a decorative sheet, which is produced by laminating a grain pattern layer 4 made of two or more colors different in brightness and a transparent resin layer 7 in the named order onto the top surface of a base material 2 made of a colored thermoplastic resin film, a color differenceΔE between the total color hue viewed from the top surface of the grain pattern layer 4 and the hue of the colored thermoplastic resin film is set to be 10 or less.
