PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture efficiently a laminate having an outer surface of a soft feel such as a door trim of a vehicle and having an opening part in a part thereof. SOLUTION: In a molten resin supplying process, a molten resin lamination layer sheet 31m constituted of an intermediate molten resin layer 32m prepared by kneading with a foaming agent and a surface molten resin layer 33m is supplied onto a base material side molding tool 10 and a base material 30 thereon, and in a mold closing process, a skin side molding tool 20 whereon a molding surface 21 having a projecting part 22 corresponding to an opening of the base material is formed is brought close to the base material side molding tool 10 and stopped in a state wherein the fore end of the projecting part 22 enters the opening and comes into contact with the surface molten resin layer. In an entraining process, compressed air is introduced from an introducing pipe line 23 opened in the fore end of the projecting part, so as to press the molten resin lamination layer sheet against the inner peripheral surface of the opening of the base material and the rear of the inner edge part thereof and against the inner surface of a recess 12 of the base material side molding tool. In the following foaming process, the intermediate molten resin layer is foamed and a molten resin lamination layer is filled between the base material and the molding surface of the skin side molding tool. |
