PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently assure a diffusing air volume at the time of diffusing in a horizontal direction, to lengthen a supply air arriving distance and to prevent fall of cold air by constituting a support shaft of a wind direction altering plate rotatably pivotally supporting to air outlets formed at four sides of a decorative panel so as to move to a lower site with a linkage. SOLUTION: A decorative panel 1 having a suction port arranged at a center to constitute a lower part of a ceiling embedded type air conditioner body has air outlets 2 provided at four sides, and wind direction altering plates 3 rotatably supported to support shafts in the outlets 2. In this case, the plates 3 are each constituted capable of moving from a stopped position for closing the outlet 2 to a lower site by rotating a position of the support shaft 3a with a link A. At the time of moving down, a locking piece A' is locked to a stopper 3b, and the plate 3 is rotated in this state, a vertical size (a) of the outlet 2 can be largely assured, a diffusing air volume to a diffusing site of a horizontal direction is sequentially ensured, and a supply air arriving distance is extended.
