PURPOSE: A vehicle having a superconductivity electromagnet engine is provided to improve the vehicle durability and to increase the efficiency by adopting the superconductivity electromagnet engine as an alternative energy source. CONSTITUTION: The vehicle having a superconductivity electromagnet engine has a hermetically sealed T-shaped cylinder case(10) which includes a body(10b) and a head(10a). The body filled with the hydrogen is isolated from the head. The superconductivity coils having an electromagnetic field function and the superconductivity electromagnet having an opposite polarity to the superconductivity coils are oppositely installed on the inner wall of the body. The gap between the inner wall and the piston is maintained by polarizing the outer surface of the piston. The phase transmission electromagnet is fixed on the body. The isolated head having a rotor fixed to the shaft is installed to maintain the gap between the top dead center of the piston and the head. The outer surface of the head has a plurality of superconductivity electromagnet. The superconductivity electromagnet engine generates the motive power by filling the coolant.
