PURPOSE: A short message service statistic service method is provided to search an information data which is more subdivided. CONSTITUTION: A short message service statistic service method is that outputs a short message service statistic service. There is a library procedure between a service function block and a statistic block to embody the short message service, that is, a short sentence transmitting and receiving function through a mobile terminal. The library procedure is pd_sms-stat procedure. The short message service statistic service method further includes steps of dividing the pd_sms-stat into a short message service transmission/a short message service termination/a short message service channel; classifying attempting times, success times, a failure reason by a short message service type and a channel type as a traffic; measuring whether the corresponding message is transmitted via a traffic channel or a paging channel and size; finding a data for 5minutes having a difference point between a data which is in advance stored to a date which is now read; finding a 15minutes data as three of 5minutes date a 15minutes; and after putting the 15minutes data in a structure as a cur 15, finding 15, 30 and 60minutes data.
