PURPOSE: A laminated polyester film is provided to have the excellent mechanical characteristic, the barrier property, the thermal suturing property of low temperature, and the opening property smoothly opened without tearing a film when the stuck film is separated. CONSTITUTION: An undrawn sheet is preheated in first stage preheating rolls(101-103), drawn in a first stage drawing roll(104), and cooled in a first stage cooling roll(105). A length drawn sheet, which is not proceeded a decision of orientation yet, is obtained by performing a second stage and a third stage drawing with passing a second stage drawing roll(108) and a third stage drawing roll(109) after preheating in second stage preheating rolls(106-107), and by cooling with passing in third stage cooling rolls(110-111). The length drawn sheet is drawn 2.5-4.3 times crosswise. A laminated polyester film is obtained by cooling after thermally treating over 3seconds in the temperature range over a melting temperature of a second high molecular resin and under a melting temperature of a first high molecular resin over 20 deg.C.
