PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weatherability and to improve adhesive strength between an ionized radiation-curable resin layer and a primer layer (the adhesive strength at the initial time and after exposure to ultraviolet light) by preventing an ultraviolet light absorber added in a polyolefin resin sheet from bleeding out. SOLUTION: A primer layer 13 consisting of a mixture of a two part curable urethane resin and a butyral resin is formed on both faces of a PO sheet 11 (a polyolefin resin sheet) contg. an ultraviolet light absorber with a hydroxyl group in the molecule and the surface of the PO sheet 11 is coated with an ionized radiation-curable resin and this is irradiated with ionized radiation to cure the ionized radiation-curable resin and to form a surface protective layer 14 and in addition, a picture pattern layer 15 is formed on the back by printing, etc., to prepare a decorative sheet 1.
