PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle roller bearing that is compact and has excellent sealing functions. SOLUTION: An outer ring 2 is fitted, on its internal surface facing one end side of needle rollers 3 retained by a retainer 4, with a sealing member 6 consisting of a lubricating rubber composition essentially comprising acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, tetrafluoroethylene resin powders, and nodular graphite. This expedient offers an integral bearing and seal assembly having a compact size and excellent sealing functions.
