A drug feeder that is capable of improving the efficiency of drug-preparing operation, comprising a plurality of tablet cases (3) each having a receiving container (51) for receiving drugs and a discharge drum (53) for discharging drugs from this receiving container (51) one by one, the tablet cases being received in the case-receiving section of the feeder body, the receiving container (51) having a residual-quantity sensor (58) attached thereto for detecting the residual quantity of the drugs in the receiving container (51) that has lowered below a predetermined value.
