PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private part flushing device with function additional means savable of private part flush water while keeping sufficient flushing force and flushing feeling, easily maintainable, miniaturizable at a low cost, suppressible of the influence on human body, and usable for a long period. SOLUTION: This device is formed of a water supply source 1, a raw water pipe 2 supplying water from the water supply source 1 to an electrolytic cell 3 the electrolytic cell 3 having polar chambers 5a, 5b partitioned by a diaphragm 4 and electrodes 6a, 6bn arranged in the polar chambers 5a, 5b, a drain pipe 7 connected to the polar chamber 5a, and a pipe 9 for connecting the polar chamber 5b to a flush nozzle 8 containing an actuator 10 which is a water-saved flushing means. In order to switch the voltage polarity of the electrode 5a and the electrode 5b, a polarity reversing means 11 is provided.
