PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mechanical properties from being thermally affected greatly and to improve heat resistance, aging resistance, and oil resistance properties by including a soft magnetic material powder and a bonding agent and further including a crosslinking agent or a vulcanizing agent in a composite magnetic material and achieving heat resistance and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: In the method, 78 pts.wt. soft magnetic powder of Fe-Al-Si alloy with an average particle diameter of 35μm and an aspect ratio of 5 or larger and 1 pts.wt. titanate coupling treatment agent 1 are stirred by a mixer or the like to perform the coupling treatment of the soft magnetic powder in advance. Then, 20 pts.wt. chlorinated polyethylene that is a coupling agent, 79 pts.wt. soft magnetic powder where the coupling treatment is made, 0.5 pts.wt. crosslinking agent, and 0.5 pts.wt. crosslinking assistant are kneaded by a kneading machine such as a kneader to obtain a kneaded magnetic object. The obtained kneaded magnetic object is passed between parallel rolls and is rolled into a sheet shape, the sheet-shaped kneaded magnetic object sheet is heated at 190 deg.C for three minutes for crosslinking reaction, thus obtaining a composite magnetic material with heat resistance, mechanical strength, aging resistance, and rubber elasticity properties.
