PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermoplastic resin compositions comprising a saturated polyester and a polyolefin which excel in rigidity and impact resistance and also in heat resistance. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic resin compositions comprise (A) 5-95 pts.wt. saturated polyester, (B) 0-90 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate, and (C) 5-95 pts.wt. polyolefin with a sum of components (A), (B), and (C) of 100 pts.wt., (D) 1-40 pts.wt. partially hydrogenated aromatic alkenyl compound/conjugated diene block copolymer, and (E) 0.5-20 pts.wt. melt kneaded resin composition containing a polyphenylene ether and a saturated polyester.
