PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cup hot guard easier to hold than a handle by fitting a heat insulation material in which the air insulation is performed by the effect of a clearance formed of unevenness and a plane to a surface necessary for holding a cup where the handle is omitted from a paper cup. SOLUTION: A heat insulation material in which a corrugated uneven part 4 is joined with one side of a flat part 5 is a material similar to a corrugated fiberboard. The heat insulation is used so that the rows of the uneven parts 4 are along a paper cup in the vertical direction. When in use, the heat insulation is arranged in an inverted conical shape to meet the outer circumference of the paper cup, and attached to an outer side surface of the paper cup. To be adaptable to any size of the paper cup, the interval of a notch provided on both ends of the heat insulation is increased/decreased. The paper cup can be held with firm feeling.
