PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly and suitably guide working parts of a metallic material such as aluminum or the like to a treating soln., to progress the treatment without being disturbed by bubbles generated in the process of the operation as well and to improve the productivity with respect to a chemical milling device which works the working parts by chemical treatment. SOLUTION: At the time of dipping working parts 4 supported by a holding jig 1 in an etching tank 6 and executing chemical milling, the inside of the etching tank is provided with a guide 9 guiding the working parts to be put in and out to the etching tank therein to compose a chemical milling device, the working parts inserted into the etching tank or taken out from the etching tank are moved by being guided by the guide in the tank disposed in the etching tank, and the putting in and out thereof are smoothly, correctly and swiftly executed to remarkably improve the working efficiency.
