PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to print out contents of boarding information when the boarding information is recorded on a card by printing out the prescribed boarding information by way of a printing processing unit when the prescribed boarding information recorded. SOLUTION: A printing processing unit 5 consisting of a printer is installed inside a body 1 a ticket issuing port 5a. This printing processing unit 5 has a head which can cut a roll paper in a prescribed length, generate a guide slip (a) and, at the same time, print prescribed contents on the generated guide slip (a). Here, when a card C of a user inserted into a card insertion port 4 is judged to be a valid card, a display screen 3 switches to a train selection screen. When the user selects a train to board, boarding information of the selected train is recorded in the card C, is returned and the guide slip (a) which prints contents of the boarding information (a date of boarding, a name of the train, a seat number and the like) is issued from the ticket issuing port 5a.
