PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate suitable for an inexpensive transparent electrode for electroluminescence excellent in environment resistance and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film layer (B) with a thickness of 10-100 nm based on indium oxide is formed on the single surface of a transparent polymer substrate (A) with a thickness of 10-250μm and, subsequently, a metal membrane layer (C) with a thickness of 1-20 nm based on titanium is formed on the surface of the transparent conductive film layer (B). In this case, a transparent conductive laminate is produced by controlling the concn. of hydrogen in reaction gas to 5-50 vol.% at a time of the formation of the metal membrane layer (C) and has surface resistivity of 1,000Ω/square or less and visible light permeability of 70% or more.
