PURPOSE: A waterproof structure of outdoor communication equipment for shielding electromagnetic wave is provided to more effectively prevent rainwater from entering and to prevent a door from being separated. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof structure of outdoor communication equipment for shielding electromagnetic wave comprises: a main frame which a print circuit board is mounted in; a cover having a bended part for protecting the upper part of said main frame and draining rainwater; a coverlet mounted over said frame to protect it; a door mounted on the front of said frame; a contact spring mounted on inner surface of said door by prescribed interior panel to shield electromagnetic wave; and gaskets mounted in suitable position of said door and on said cover to proof the rainwater. The bended part of said cover contacted to the gasket of said door is upwardly bended from the direction which said door is mounted to. Further, said spring is mounted in the same angle as that of said bended part.
