PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make designable even a complex deformation so as not to apply a burden to a user and to make deformable it by a deforming operation of a relatively small scale by designating a deforming method of character and graphic form by representing a mesh shape after deformation and carrying out an operation for deforming the mesh to outline data. SOLUTION: A deformation designation portion 5 allows a user to select and designate how to deform not graphic form and character but mesh so that the user selects and designates how to deform outline data. Then, a deformation portion 7 carries out a deformation operation for making a mesh preparing or selecting a mesh operation before a deformation to the outline data to deform a character and a graphic form. The deformation portion 7 is constituted of an operation controller 71, an operation portion 72 self-containing various operation circuits, a data control portion 73, and an interpolation correction portion 74 carries out a complex deformation by preparing a plurality of deform operations being relatively simple and giving an independent effect each other and combining an operation giving a designated effect.
