PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the timing control of applying the ultrasonic wave, and to prevent defective soldering. SOLUTION: A soldering method 10 to effect the soldering by inserting a solder in a part of soldering two members consists of a solder arrangement process S1 to arrange the solder at the part of soldering two members, a heating process S2 to heat both the soldering part and the solder to a specified temperature, and a heat retaining process S3 to maintain the part of soldering at the specified temperature, and the ultrasonic wave is applied a plurality of times in the heat retaining process S3.
