PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing process capable of directing one or plural radiation radio beams for communication between a base station and a mobile radio telephone and reducing the concentration degree of beams to the mobile radio telephone. SOLUTION: As this processing process for directing one or plural radiation elements for the communication between the base station and the mobile radio telephone in the type of using a base station antenna provided with the network of the radiation elements distributed in a matrix shape on a supporting part, in the processing process, the base station identifies the position of the mobile radio telephone first (1). Then, corresponding to the identification, the base station directs a reception beam formed by the antenna by an elevation angle and an azimuth angle by exerting action to the reception parameters of the respective mutually independent radiation elements (2).
