SOLUTION: Dip liquid with a fixed composition, a fixed pH, and a fixed temperature circulates between a dip liquid preparation tank 1 and a dip zone 21, and a specimen is dipped in a specific time dip zone 21 at a specific cycle, is taken out by a lift 24, and is dried by an exhaust gas in a dry zone 22. The dipping and drying are made at a fixed cycle under fixed conditions by the control of an MPU 8. During this period, the dip liquid of the preparation tank 1 is periodically sent to an ion chromatograph 3 by a pump 7 being activated by the command of the MPU 8 and an on-off valve 31, and the concentration of the ion is measured. Then, when the dilution of the concentration of the ion is required, an ion tank 50 and a pump 51 are activated. When the replenishment of the ion is required, tanks 52-58 of a specific ion and pumps 53-59 are actuated, and the composition (concentration) of the dip liquid is continuously and constantly kept.
