PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily actable installing structure even if a sanitary equipment room is narrowed than usual by arranging a wall between the sanitary equipment room and a piping space, arranging a toilet bowl main body in the sanitary equipment room, and arranging a water supply unit in the piping space. SOLUTION: A sanitary equipment space 1 is composed of a piping space 11, a sanitary equipment room 12 and a wall 13 arranged between both. A toilet bowl main body 3 is installed in the sanitay equipment room 12, and a low tank 4 being a water supply unit is installed in the piping space 11. A handle 41 is projected in the sanitary equipment room 12 by penetrating through the wall 13. A housing chamber 5 is protrusively arranged on the piping space 11 side by cutting out the wall 13, and the lowest shelf board 51 is detachably installed. The low tank may be installed by arranging a stand in the piping space 11. Piping connected to respective dwelling units may be housed in the piping space as plural dwelling units having the sanitary equipment space. Thus, even if the sanitary equipment room 12 is narrowed than usual, an actable range is formed in the same to be made easily actable.
