PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a dielectric porcelain for high frequencies in which dielectric constant temperature characteristics can be controlled in a range of 0-60 ppm/ deg.C. SOLUTION: A ceramic electronic part is provided with a dielectric layer, and the dielectric layer is constituted of a dielectric porcelain. Also, ceramics particles constituting the dielectric porcelain contain a BaNd2Ti4O12 phase and a Ba2TiSi2O8 phase, and a rate M2/M1=Y of the molar rate M1 of the BaNd2Ti4O12 phase to the molar rate M2 of the Ba2TiSi2O8 phase is 0.42-0.62, or a rate I2/I1=X of the first peak intensity I1 of the BaNd2Ti4O12 phase to the second peak intensity I2 of the Ba2TiSi2O8 phase is 0.3-0.5 in the diffraction X-ray spectrum of the ceramics particles. |
