PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier vehicle with a mounting stand elevating mechanism, capable of shifting a load on the stand up to a level-different height side without dragging it. SOLUTION: After an operator has shifted an elevating stand upward by extension of each rod so as to make an underside of this stand be situated at the higher side than a deck 32, a carriage is shifted toward the deck 32 and an underside of an end part 2a is opposed to an upside of the deck 32. Then, after a pipelike roller member 33 is inserted into a space between both these lower and upper surfaces (b), and each rod of two front pedestals is contracted, moving a front side of the stand 32 downward. Next, front wheels are floated each in the air by contraction of rod 3a of these two front pedestals and, after it is shifted to the more upper side than the deck 32 (c), the carriage is pushed toward the deck 32, thereby having the front wheels passed through the level-different part (d).
