摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of evaluating dymanic characteristics of a sample. SOLUTION: A load transmission part 15 for transmitting the load applied by the load applying means 40 of a hardness tester to a pressure element 21 and bringing this indenter 21 into contact with the sample 50 placed on the sample placing part of the hardness tester under pressure is provided and a load cell 7 for continuously calculating the load (a) applied to the sample 50 is provided. A distance measuring means (e.g.; laser displacement meter 3) for continuously calculating the deformation quantity (h) of the sample is provided. The moving part 39 including the load transmission part 15, the load cell 7 and the indenter 21 is integrated to be movable in a load acting direction. The moving part 39 receives load from the load applying means 40 through the load transmission part 15 to be moved and a cavity is formed to the sample 50 by the indenter 21. The dynamic characteristics of the sample 50 are evaluated from the continuous value of the load (a) calculated based on the measured value continuously measured in this process by the load cell 7 and the continuous value of the deformation quantity (h) calculated based on the measured value continuously measured by the distance measuring means 3.
