PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain block-build type power receiving and distributing facility which can further reduce installation space and cope with various specifications. SOLUTION: Apparatus flanges 9A for relaxing an electric field are arranged on the fixed side and the movable side of a vacuum valve. Their outer periphery is injection-molded with epoxy resin, and a breaker block 6C, a lower disconnector block 6B and an upper disconnector block 6D are constituted. In these blocks, a connection conductor 7A is disposed from the apparatus flange 9A on a fixed side, and a contact plate 13A is inserted in the apparatus flange 9A on the movable side. The respective blocks are stacked via spacers 5A and are connected by inserting the connection conductor 7A of the lower stage block into the contact plate 13A of the upper stage block.
