摘要 |
PURPOSE: Kir 6.2 gene-knockout, homologous conjugation non-human mammal that ATP-sensitive potassium channel gene Kir6.2 is knocked out at both contrastive genes is provided. CONSTITUTION: A chimera mouse is produced by the steps of:separating the Kir 6.2 gene from the mouse genome library using DNA probe; destroying the gene by inserting the selective marker gene into the inside of the gene; causing the homologous recombination by applying the vector including the destroyed gene into the cultivated ES cell; isolating the clone that homologous recombination is performed; inserting the clone into the blastocyst.
