The system includes a detection arrangement (39) transmitting data to an external arrangement (5) and stops an operation of the engine over the control arrangement (33), if it determines that an ignition of the engine is not followed in a regular operating manner, when the detection arrangement receives no response data according to the transmission data of the external arrangement. The system includes an A/D converter (49) converting an analog signal for a control of an engine into digital data, and a control arrangement for controlling the engine using the digital data. A data conversion arrangement converts the transmission data based on the digital data of the A/D converter, every time the detection arrangement sends data to the external arrangement.
