PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent element using conductive polyanylin as buffer layer is provided to improve luminescent effect by enhancing the interface feature between ITO metal and an organic luminescent layer. CONSTITUTION: The organic electroluminescent element using conductive polyanylin as buffer layer comprises: an ITO electrode formed by coating ITO on a glass substrate; a polyanylin thin membrane formed by coating the solution of polyanylin emeraldin salt and fluoro solvent on the ITO electrode; a luminescent layer coated on the polyanylin membrane; and a metal electrode.
