PURPOSE: A hose binding clip fastener is provided to prevent damage of a binding part being hooked by a stuff when a hose moves and to block a leakage of gas inside the hose by being erosive with the damaged part, and to increase binding force of the binding clip. CONSTITUTION: The hose binding clip constrictor comprises:an inserting groove(110) inserting the fixing bundle of the binding clip and formed in the length direction; cylindrical bodies forming each penetrating grooves; a fixing member that fixes the fixing bundle to the body through a fixing groove(210) after the fixing bundle is inserted into the inserting groove; a tightening handle(310) that is operated by a user, connected; a female screw(410) that is connected with a male screw(320), formed on the inner diameter when the male screw is formed and the binding handle is turned; and a push rod moving forward with a slid bar(400) and forming a false dome shaft(510) on the rear face when fitting a connecting bar into a blocking groove(520).
