PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium permitting to sufficiently transcribe information signals, suppress resonance and improve durability at the time of rotating at high speeds when recording information signal like high density information. SOLUTION: This is a disk-shape information recording medium 1 which has a substrate 2, a recording layer 4 for being arranged on the substrate 2 and recording information signals thereon, and an optical transmission layer 5 laminated on the recording layer 4, and recording and reproducing the information signals by making light incident thereon from a light transparent layer 5 side, and this substrate 2 is composed of a resin-made core layer 6 and a surface layer 7 which is integral with the core layer 6, having asperities of information signals on one side and fluidity compared with the core layer 6. |
