PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align the deflection coil wire inside a core member used for winding the deflection coil wire around it and to flatten the wire wound inside the core member. SOLUTION: This yoke 100 is provided with half-cut cores 13A, 13B which are used as a magnetic path of a deflection magnetic field to deflect an electron beam and deflection coil wires 14 wound around four wire wound regions A-D and three hollow regions (1)-(3) defined beforehand in relation to the half-cut cores 13A, 13B. In this case, regarding a return wire laid from one wire wound region to the other wire wound region, so that it is passed through the upper or lower part of the wire 14 wound around the wire wound regions A-D outside the half-cut core 13 and intercrossed at the hollow regions (1)-(3).
