PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical information address detecting device and an optical information reproducing device reproducing an optical disk CLV-recorded with CAV and realizing high access time and a high transfer rate. SOLUTION: An optical information address detecting device is provided with a SCF 21 passing optical information data of an optical recording medium in which optical information data and ADIP optical information address are recorded by CLV and an optical information address for reproducing by CAV through an ADIP frequency band, a PLL 22 locking a phase to a frequency of the ADIP frequency band, and a phase comparator 23, LPF 26, VCO 27 detecting a phase difference between an input and an output in a pass band of the SCF 21, making an oscillation output based on low frequency component of phase difference output as a control signal, and making a phase difference zero between an input and an output in a pass band of the SCF 21. Thereby, address detection for reproducing optical information data of high access and transfer rate can be performed. |
